Safe investment

Every listing includes a National Registry title search, cadastral verification against the SNIT land survey, review of liens, mortgages and annotations, and boundary confirmation with a topographic survey where applicable. This process is coordinated through our network of licensed surveyors and lawyers before any property is published.

Family-style service

We operate on a boutique model: one dedicated advisor per client, reachable by WhatsApp, phone and email throughout the entire process. No call centers, no call transfers, no intermediaries. The same advisor accompanies you from the first property visit through notary signing. Average response time: under 2 hours during business hours.
