Campos de Norte is a boutique real estate agency based in La Cruz, Guanacaste, Costa Rica. Since 2014 we have helped national and international buyers acquire houses, lots, farms and apartments across six provinces: Guanacaste, Alajuela, San José, Heredia, Puntarenas and Limón. We operate on a no-call-center model: one dedicated advisor per client, available by WhatsApp and phone throughout the entire process. Every listed property includes a National Registry title search, SNIT cadastral verification and lien review.
